Susanna was inspired six years ago when Chef Brother Luck hosted pop-up dinners. Susanna decided to begin hosting her own pop-up experiences one year ago. Historically, pop-up meals are culinary events in which a chef takes over a private or public space and provides a special-themed multi-course meal. Each pop-up consists of a different theme and menu. Pop-ups typically seat 12 to 20 guests and are based on a first come first serve basis through email.
With our new restaurant in downtown Colorado Springs we will soon be hosting Pop-ups from within this new site. Stay tuned for more info!
