Susanna and her team can host up to 20-30 people when it comes to a private pop-up experience, fundraisers, work parties, birthday celebrations and holiday gatherings. These events can take place at our restaurant in downtown Colorado Springs, in your private home, in a work setting or another public venue.

When utilizing our restaurant space we can offer a variety of breakfast, lunch or dinner entrees. Additional options:

• Room for up to 40 for sit-down dining
• Room for up to 50 with buffet-style dining
• Full bar and beverage service, providing a custom drink menu or a pre-paid or open bar format. 
• Susanna can customize menu and offerings
• Private accommodations requiring full space during our normal business hours require a $50 fee
• No fee if your event is outside of our normal hours
• Note that parties with 12 or fewer guests and not requiring full space can simply make a reservation with us during normal business hours for no fee.

You can also hire our Food Trailer, we will visit your site and serve from our trailer. Please see this page for instructions on booking our trailer.
