Sabor the Food Trailer

Luis at BN Fabrications helped us prepare our trailer and we have been serving for a couple years now around Colorado Springs.

See the calendar below for our upcoming locations. We often park at local breweries and also corporate office parks for lunch.

We can bring our trailer to your event to serve food and drinks to your guests. Please see frequently asked questions and info to supply to us below.

Trailer Request Planning

Please review the following and provide answers to our questions in your request to us.

There is a $400 appearance minimum. You will be required to pay $400 minus the total meals charged if less than this minimum.
Will your guests be paying for their own meals or will your organization cover everyone's order in total?
Would you like us to supply water and/or soft drinks (Mexican Coke, root beer, Jarritos, etc). We can customize this with you, or skip entirely if your organization will be supplying.
Would you like to add to or remove items from our normal trailer menu?
Would you like cookies, cake or other desserts provided as well?
Please provide specific parking instructions and have the parking area clearly blocked off and marked, this will allow us to get started ASAP.
Electrical outlet is preferred to avoid generator background noise but not a requirement.
