Hosted by Susanna Maestas and her husband Ben Kirk. We provide you with a gourmet experience that includes five courses, drink pairings, and always dessert. Pop-Ups can be in a private home or business. Susanna and Ben typically offer these culinary experiences in other locations monthly.
Hosted by Susanna and Ben, we can cater up to twenty people in a private home or business. We can offer a wide range of menu items for any special event including birthdays, meetings and holiday parties.
Susanna's specialty is preparing comforting and from scratch meals. This includes but is not limited to enchiladas, lasagna, sides, homemade soups, and decadent desserts. Orders typically serve six or more. Let Susanna prepare you and your family your next hearty and homemade meal.
Being a former Savory Spice Shop manager, Susanna has extensive experience teaching culinary classes. Have Susanna teach a cooking class in your home or business. Susanna loves teaching others her recipes and passion. Limited to 20 students.
What I admire about Susanna is her uncanny ability to marry flavors perfectly. She can tell you in an instant what spices will enhance a dish without overwhelming it. Susanna’s pop-ups are amazing! She takes traditional comfort food flavors and adds surprising and delightful twists. Each course compliments the next for an incredible culinary journey. I find myself enjoying ingredients that I generally avoid and the drink pairings magnify the dishes. Everything from the tastes to the décor creates an unforgettable experience.
